Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is India's largest commercial oil company and a key player in the global petroleum industry. Established in 1959 and headquartered in New Delhi, IOCL operates across the entire hydrocarbon value chain, including refining, pipeline transportation, marketing, exploration, and production.
