Oman LNG L.L.C. is a joint venture established in 1994 under Oman's laws, focusing on the liquefaction, storage, transportation, and marketing of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and natural gas liquids (NGLs). The company operates three liquefaction trains at its plant in Qalhat, with a combined capacity of 10.4 million tonnes per annum. It began shipments in early 2000, following a long-term agreement with Korea Gas Corporation.

Oman LNG plays a vital role in the Omani economy by utilizing the country's natural gas resources to supply LNG to international markets, primarily in Asia. The company is owned by a diverse group of shareholders, including the Government of Oman and several international partners. Its operations support the government's economic diversification goals, making it a key player in the energy sector.
